Interesting and fairly clean place with welcoming staff on reception desk who were very helpful. Good swimming pool and marvellous and pleasant location next to bars, and the sea shore. Also, in a nice neighbourhood. Immaculate classic queen room, exceptionally comfortable beds.

We loved staying on the Gio Ponti level. It was nice to have a pool in Naples
The breakfast was not good and the breakfast staff were very offhand

It is a beautiful, moden hotel with an incomparable view of Naples Bay, Vesuvius and the Castel Dell'Ovo across the street. It is also in a safe area and within walking distance of downtown Naples. Having stayed here before, I chose the hotel with these reasons in mind.
The prices in the hotel bar were extremely expensive -- 10 Euros for a glass of wine = $14.20 at the present rate. That's some glass of wine. In addition, although the pool was lovely, it was crowded as it's not very big. One other thing I would suggest to HRC is that they have a display of tourist information -- ie area restaurants, historic sites, bus routes, etc. However, they were very helpful at the desk when we asked for information.

The location was best possible and convenient, close to Borgo Marinari. Further, it was just next door to great resturants overlooking the sea, the Santa Lucia harbor, and the blue grotto.

Well located, clean, straight to the point, standard type hotel with not too many frills.
Rooms are so comfortable and CLEAN. Beautiful water views are available Front desk staff was professional and responsive to needs Lobby Bar tender super guy and professional Option of Comp breakfast with your stay Great location, everything important, in walking distance
We were given a room in a section of the hotel on the far side of the lobby bar. It looked like a room at the back of a ghetto bar. Thankfully the reception staff immediately changed our location and put us in a front tower room that was lovely. Breakfast was average and wait staff were not particularly attentive.

The noise from the street and conferences above was unbearable at times!!! The pool fees felt excessive for such a basic facility!!!

The rooms are silent and soundproof with climate control, a safe box, and a mini fridge bar. The American breakfast with eggs and bacon is a lovely touch.

Charming hotel with castle views of the bay of naples and courteous and nice staff. Warm enough and reasonably spacious rooms with climate control, a safe, and television, exceptionally comfortable beds. Soft drinks and eggs and bacon. Marvellous location in Naples, just next door to the habour and sorrunder by beautiful restaurants, the castle and the bay, and many historic sights.

The amazing ocean view from my spacious room was lovely. The bed was comfortably firm, and the variety of breakfast options included traditional regional products that stood out. The rooftop bar was overpriced and lacked excitement, and there were issues with room service that left trays unattended for too long. The staff at breakfast were unresponsive, which dampened the overall experience.

The view from the hotel was stunning. The hotel's service was inconsistent, with friendly dining staff contrasted by unfriendly receptionists. The room was comfortable overall but lacked basics like fresh milk and decent toiletries.
